La Palombara farm guesthouse offers its clients an ancient farmstead rebuilt maintaining the original structure. Restoration work took period building materials into account, with the use of original materials such as terracotta, stone, open beams and wood, observing the original structure, highlighting aspects reminiscent of the ancient farmstead.
La Palombara farm guesthouse offers its clients four double-bedded rooms and an apartment (apartment Edera) with a total of 10 bed spaces. Everything has been carefully restored and furnished in a style mirroring the typical Umbrian hill-farmer tradition. The rooms are spacious and have modern facilities: heating, television, bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. In an adjoining building a meeting area has been set up suitable for business or cultural meetings and also for banquets and parties. The hall holds about 80 people. Besides this, there is an outside area equipped with table, chairs, parasols, barbecue, wood-fired oven, all created to please families that wish to spend a relaxation period in an independent, personal setting in the quiet of the countryside.
The first floor apartment has a large lounge with kitchenette and a large chimney taking up much of the wall area. Four bedrooms, each with bathroom, face onto the lounge area. Upon request, it is possibile to add one additional bed in each bedroom, reaching up to 12 sleeping places. Besides, children's side-panelled beds are available for small children, upon request.
The Edera apartment - in the ground floor and hence suitable for disabled guests - is made up of a lounge with kitchenette, a bedroom with television and a bathroom. Upon request, it is possibile to add one additional bed, reaching up to 3 sleeping places. Besides, children's side-panelled beds are available for small children.
