Our family have been dedicated and skilled olive and vine growers for fifty years. That same dedication and skill is put into every bottle we fill. And that is why La Palombara extra virgin olive oil - organically produced - has low acidity and is produced only from olives grown on our farm, hand picked at the right degree of ripeness and processed mechanically. It is thanks to this procedure that the intense fruity flavour, the natural green hue and the fragrance remain unaltered. The purity of the soil and the genuineness of the oil we obtain from it are the reasons our production level is limited.
The excellent La Palombara red wine - made from San Giovese and Montepulciano grapes reaches the 13 - 14% alcohol content level.
On the farm premises - besides the availability of wine, oil, walnuts and own-produce fruit, other typical local products are available, e.g. the famous Girotti figs, cured meats and cheeses.
