The country farm guesthouse La Palombara a haven of peace and quiet in the middle of the Umbrian countryside, offers clients relaxation amidst the slow-moving rhythms of the changing seasons, rediscovering forgotten flavours of food cooked in an old wood-fired oven, basking in the sun by the side of the large pool surrounded by century-old olive trees, or taking excursions to Umbria’s artistically most important towns.
Our family have been dedicated and skilled olive and vine growers for fifty years. That same dedication and skill is put into every bottle we fill. And that is why La Palombara extra virgin olive oil – organically produced – has low acidity and is produced only from olives grown on our farm, hand picked at the right degree of ripeness and processed mechanically.
The country farm guesthouse La Palombara a haven of peace and quiet in the middle of the Umbrian countryside is only 2 km away from the town centre of Amelia, the bright, traditional and historically important town chosen two thousand years ago by the Romans as a recreational resort.
